Doc not synced yet

/docs/v0.5.x/local-cluster comes from the product repo. In local dev, run npm run docs:sync (requires a sibling checkout of tiphys or PRODUCT_REPO_TOKEN). In CI, the sync runs automatically from versions pinned in docs.lock.json.
